This started off as a funny commercial for HDTV in Israel. The charedim were understandably upset with it and for those who think that they're being too sensitive, ask yourself if you'd say the same thing if the commercial was mocking another ethnic or gender group.
As a result (how did the Chareidim find out about it anyway? They don't watch TV!) the commerical has been yanked.
Fortunately, YouTube is there for us. Check out the link at right and prepare to laugh.

Ah. Yah. That would be like having a commercial of Muslims at a pork cookout. I'm literally embarassed to be part of the modern world, watching that. Of course,I'd be embarassed to be part of the Chareidim world too, so can't really win...
That sort of crudeness has been getting worse (even after you account for the fact people tend to get mellower and more sensntive to crudeness with age) for a long time. It's the South Park-icization of Industrial society culture. Laugh at the expense of anyone "lower" than you, and get bellicose and mendacious to anyone "higher".
