I just was doing some historical research for school and I found this cool link: http://www.life.com/search/?type=images&date=1900-1990&q0=rabbi&page=1
I didn't know Life still had a website, and I'm not a big picture guy, but there are some really cool pictures there. I thought Garnel's readers might find them excellent.

Baruch Pelta = Garnel. XD
Don't ignore me Garnel.
Garnel you once said tha you have refutations for the articles debunking OJ on "Talk Reason" such as Naftali's huge letter to his rabbis on his problems with Judaism.
Can I please have your refutations to his arguments?
Or were you as usual just talking out of your ass when you said his arguments have been thoroughly refuted?
Its the rabbis inability to answer these tough questions that makes so many devoted religious jews run from their yeshivah screaming.
Do you have an answer for his arguments or not?
Garnel: "Welcome to Orthodox Judaism, it's not that our answers are free, it's that we're answer-free." XD
Shalmo,
I have no interest in responding to you. In the past you have ignored my rebuttals and your Judeonazi comment was quite beyond acceptability. I have better things to do with my day than argue with self-hating Jews.
Ah no. That's not how it went at all.
We were having a discussion on Torah MiSinai where I compared DSS, LXX, Samaritan Torah and your masoretic text. Then there was also the discussion on rabbis themselves acknowledging that Torah is corrupt.
What you did was side-step the issues completely and play semantics with me.
What I told you is that you keep changing your definition of Torah MiSinai every time you come to difficult issue.
When I showed you just how different the different texts are your argument was that those other groups were to destroy your Torah, which explains their variances with your version.
And after I told you that it makes no sense that ALL the other group would conspire to make a Torah different than yours, you changed the argument yet AGAIN.
This time you said that Torah's only purpose is to provide us halacha so even if its corrupted, its ability to provide halacha is not reduced. I challenged this position as well.
I also challenged your position that the only purpose of Torah and the Prophetic books is to provide halacha. For example, how do we know Jesus is not the messiah? The prophecies on the messiah are so changed in various versions that its impossible to know truth from fiction. And the messianic age is a key concept of Judaism.
You didn't give me a rebuttal for any of that.
Were you a hindu born in India, you would have defended the Bhagavad Gita just as blindly.
